There can be long term storage of geared motor in an environment where material can generate corrosive gas, toxic gas, etc. It requires a temperature where it is expressively high or low of much humidity. We should be especially careful with regard to storage. A DC motor is a class of electrical machine that converts direct current electrical power into mechanical power. The most common one relies on the forces. A simple DC motor has a stationary set of magnets with one or more windings insulated wire wrapped around a soft iron core that concentrates the magnetic field.
