4.    Mail Showing Sent But Not Delivered and Delivery Failure Message Not Received

In such scenario, you have to check if the email has not been caught by anti-spam filter software. In some cases, the connection between server and recipient’s system fails. This could be a temporary issue and the server makes a reattempt after approx 24 to 72 hours once the connection is established.

5.    Issue in Sending Too Many Attachments

It is always recommended not to attach too many files in a single email. This not only takes more time but more often the attachment fails after a long wait. It is always better to send attachments in parts which are faster and easier. A large attachment can be sent but it takes a long time to the server to get it attached.
