We charge a $75.00 service fee for driving to your location, diagnosing the
issue, and then explaining it to you in detail. You can can trust us to give you
our honest opinion. Some companies will tell you that the service call is free
if you let them repair the appliance. However, don't be fooled, most companies simply charge more for parts and labor. We promise that we will never do that!

Once we diagnose the problem and explain it to you in detail, you can then

Our service calls & labor charges are good for 30-days and parts are guaranteed for 90-days to 12-months. We always stand behind our work and we clean up as we go. We offer a 10% discount on all service before
